The house benefits from spacious living spaces, a sea-side lounge, a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room with a view of the south-facing garden.
It has two large bedrooms with sea views and two others with garden views. The dormitory on the second floor is equipped with a bathroom and toilet.

An ideal starting point for exploring the region: Gravelines, Calais, Dunkirk, Lille. Wissant, Le Touquet and Wimereux, and the Caps Blanc Nez and Gris Nez are all nearby.
You can also spend the day in England (ferry 20 km away) or in Belgium (De Panne 30 mins away, Bruges and Ostend 45 mins away).

The beaches of the Opal Coast are ideal for numerous water activities.
You can bring your own equipment: a boat access ramp is located in front of the house.
The coastline, the Platier d'Oye nature reserve and the many fortified towns are all places for walks.
