The house has, on the ground floor, a garden with terrace and a fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a dining room and a living room with sea view. The ground floor also includes a laundry room, a toilet and a garage with bicycles. On the 1st floor, there are four large bedrooms, two of which have a sea view (3 double beds of 160 cm, 2 single beds of 90 cm). On the 2nd floor there is a dormitory (5 single beds of 90 cm). 2 baby beds are available on request. A second independent toilet is available on the 2nd floor. The two bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and a shower.
